At BEARPAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of our prepaid return shipping labels.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label directly from the portal to be printed at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return authorization form included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then track your package status until your refund is processed.
