How do I determine the correct size for BEARPAW boots?
Most BEARPAW boots are available in whole sizes only. If you typically wear a half size, we recommend sizing up to the next whole size to ensure the most comfortable fit with our sheepskin lining.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a return shipping label.
Are BEARPAW boots waterproof?
While many of our styles feature NeverWet® technology which provides water and stain resistance, they are not fully waterproof unless specifically labeled as 'Waterproof' in the product description.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How should I clean and maintain my sheepskin footwear?
We recommend using a specialized sheepskin cleaner and conditioner. Avoid direct heat sources when drying and use a soft brush to restore the suede nap after cleaning.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, BEARPAW offers a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents.
